Returns & Refunds Policy
At Lucky Bums, we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on full‑priced items within 14 days of delivery
To be eligible, items must be:
· Unworn and unwashed
· Free from deodorant, makeup, perfume, or any marks
· Returned with original tags attached
· Packaged in the original polybag
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Hygiene & Intimate Apparel Policy
For sanitary and health reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
· Underwear
· Swimwear bottoms
These items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned under any circumstances unless deemed faulty.
Swimwear tops and all other items may be returned as long as they meet the standard eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credit
· Full‑priced items: eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit
· Discounted items: not eligible for refunds
· Orders using a discount code: eligible for exchange or store credit only
· Store credit: issued at 100% of the order value
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or a dispatch error has occurred.
Processing Time
· Standard processing time: up to 1 week once your return arrives at our depot
· Peak season (December–January): up to 3 weeks due to high order volumes
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us promptly. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
If repair or replacement isn’t possible, we will provide a full refund.
Pre‑Orders
· You may cancel a pre‑order within 24 hours for a full refund
· After 24 hours, cancellations receive store credit only
How to Start a Return
1. Email our team at di@luckybums.com.au
2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning
3. Our team will provide the return address and next steps
4. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow the stated processing time for your refund or exchange
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
